Isack Hadjar, Red Bull (DNF) – 7/10
Not the Red Bull debut race Isack Hadjar had imagined, although his short afternoon unraveled through no fault of his. The Frenchman showed impressive flashes of aggression early on but was sidelined by a mechanical issue after just 10 laps, preventing the young gun from converting promise into anything tangible. A learning day – and one that will look harsher when compared to the man in the other Red Bull.

Valtteri Bottas, Cadillac (DNF) – 4/10
Valtteri Bottas has been around long enough to know that new teams mean unpredictable Sundays. Cadillac’s race pace never quite looked convincing and his afternoon ended early, leaving the Finn with little to show except a few exploratory laps and a long walk back to the paddock.
