Carlito has begun 2017 like he ended 2016: on peak form. The Toro Rossos didn’t necessarily impress in Barcelona, but both made it to Q3 with Carlos in front. Constantly in the points on Sunday, with his team mate Daniil, his only regret would not being able to hold off Perez. Another solid and intelligent performance and there should be plenty more of them to come.
