F1i Driver Ratings for the 2025 Italian Grand Prix

Yuki Tsunoda, Red Bull (P13) 4/10

Once again, a mixture of misfortune and poor strategy prevented Tsunoda from scoring the points that he looked likely to score. The Japanese driver was sitting pretty in the top ten for the first half of the Grand Prix, but a premature pitstop as well as a clash with Lawson later on lost him valuable time which could have seen him sneak back into a points-paying position.

Oliver Bearman, Haas (P12) 5/10

Another case of “what if?” for Bearman, who were it not for a collision and spin with Sainz on lap 40 (and a resultant ten-second penalty) may have managed to score a point or two. In hindsight, an early pitstop on lap 18 for hard tyres wasn’t the right call either, as the young Briton lost grip towards the end and fell into the clutches of numerous drivers in the closing stages of the Grand Prix.
