Lance Stroll, Aston Martin (P18) 4/10
Aston Martin tried an unorthodox strategy on their remaining driver in the race, leaving Stroll out on aging hard tyres in the hope that a Safety Car would allow them to pit with fewer positions lost. However, it wasn’t to be for the Canadian who eventually came in with a few laps remaining and fell from eighth to 16th, which became 18th after a clumsy final few laps.

Franco Colapinto, Alpine (P17) 3/10
There’s really not much to say for Colapinto or Alpine, who looked like the slowest driver and team on track respectively on Sunday. While Alpine’s lack of pace is evident with Gasly’s inability to score points on most occasions, Colapinto is the only driver on the grid who still hasn’t scored a point this season. How long will Briatore hold on before losing his infamously short patience?
