Would the German have won if he was the first Ferrari to make a stop? Clearly not, because he would’ve been held up in traffic. Now, to chalk up his success to an –understandable – choice made by the team to ensure the championship leader the win would not be fair. Seb did a great job on worn tyres. That’s what made it possible to score a win that takes on an added dimension with the sub-par outing from Hamilton.
