Daniil Kvyat - 7th place, 6 points - 7.5/10
Slipped under the radar a bit this weekend as team-mate Daniel Ricciardo ran the updated Renault power unit, but Kvyat was solid throughout at secured a place on the third row courtesy of Bottas’ penalty. A good start saw him jump Hulkenberg but he lost out at the first pit stops and didn’t quite have the pace to find a way past the Force India, with the power unit deficit hurting on the long drag up to the finish line. His buzzword for his weekend after the race was “controlled”, which is a pretty fair self-assessment.
