TWEEDLEDUM AND TWEEDLEDEE
Like the front suspensions, the three-rollhoop-inlet setup is back on the R.S.16. As seen on last year’s Lotus, the main inlet is complemented with a pair of side ducts feeding cooling air to the energy recovery systems (ERS) and gearbox.
However, the rear suspension design has been modified with the transmission shaft and lower wishbone now housed in a carbone fibre casing.
Unsurprisingly, the rear wing has a strong flavour of 2015.
