Manor
As predictable as Mercedes being at the head of the field, Manor will be facing a fight just to qualify early on in 2015. The team has done incredibly well to prepare last year’s car to conform to this year’s regulations, with fresh investment allowing the existing management structure of John Booth and Graeme Lowdon to revive the team.
Will Stevens did a good job on his debut at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix driving for Caterham in testing circumstances last year, but he will have his work cut out this time round as the team will also be using the 2014 Ferrari power unit with was uncompetitive last season. Stevens’ team-mate will also face a baptism of fire, with both drivers set to complete the car’s first laps of the year during Friday practice at Melbourne.
