F1i Driver Ratings for the 2025 Canadian GP

Isack Hadjar, Racing Bulls (P16): 5/10

Hadjar received a three-place grid penalty for impeding Sainz during Qualifying, therefore lining up P12 on the grid for Sunday’s race. The Frenchman was threatening for the minor points-paying positions early on, but a late first pitstop relegated him to the back of a long train of slower cars, which completely ruined his chances of finishing inside the top ten.

Pierre Gasly, Alpine (P15): 4/10

For perhaps the first time this season, Gasly was completely outclassed by his teammate on the other side of the Alpine garage. Plum last in Qualifying, the French driver opted to replace numerous components and start from the pitlane. Even so the pace was simply not there for Gasly, who must have grimaced under his helmet when he was asked to swap positions with a faster Colapinto on a different strategy.
