Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari (P6): 7/10
Hamilton has now finished behind his teammate Leclerc in nine of the ten Grands Prix this year, but he wasn’t as dejected as he has been in previous races this time round. That’s because he was actually able to deduce why he was slower than the other Ferrari; an unfortunate collision with a groundhog resulted in significant aerodynamic damage. Being stuck behind slower traffic for a number of laps after his first pitstop also didn’t help matters, but it looked like sixth was the best Hamilton could hope for given the circumstances.

Charles Leclerc, Ferrari (P5): 7/10
Like Norris, Leclerc opted to start the Grand Prix on the hard tyre. The alternate strategy saw the Monegasque driver lead the race at one point, although victory was never going to be an outcome for the Ferrari man. Even after pitting for a fresh set of medium tyres on lap 54, Leclerc was unable to close in on those ahead of him on much older hard tyres, displaying the performance deficit of the SF-25 for all to see.
