Alexander Albon – Williams (P16) 5/10
Albon’s race was compromised by a poor second stint where he simply couldn't get the hard tyres to switch on. He eventually lost track position to his teammate and never recovered. While he managed to keep the car on the island, P16 is a disappointing result for Williams, especially given their hopes of challenging for minor points. He ends the season as the lead Williams driver in the points, thanks to his stronger first half.
Kimi Antonelli – Mercedes (P15) 4/10
It was a bit of a harsh reality check for the Mercedes rookie. After a frustrated Q2 exit, Antonelli never looked comfortable in race trim. He burned through his tyres trying to recover positions early on and paid the price in the final stint, dropping back as others improved. Finishing P15 in a Mercedes - even one with setup issues - is below par. He certainly has the raw talent, but today showed the remaining steep learning curve of tyre management.
