P9: Lando Norris, McLaren 7.26/10 (152.5 in total)
Lando Norris scored the same amount of points over the season as Sergio Perez, but his highest rating of 9.0 on three occasions (in France, Austria and Belgium) means that he's ranked just ahead of the Racing Point driver courtesy of our cobbled-together version of F1's 'countback' system. He also won the official F1 Driver of the Day fan vote on two occasions. Anyway you look at it, it's been a strong rookie season for Norris who let's remember was still a teenager for all but the last two outings in 2019. His worst weekends were in Spain (where he clashed with Lance Stroll) and Germany (where the car simply shut down on him). In both races we ended up handing him a score of just 5.0, but the rest of the season was a remarkably solid piece of work which promises much from the Briton next year in his sophomore outing.
