Sergio Perez - 6th place, 8 points - 8/10
Missed out on a spot in Q3 by 0.1s and lost the advantage of choosing which tyres to start on due to the rain, but Perez was excellent in the opening laps. Admitting he wasn’t completely comfortable with his car, good first stint followed by a well timed pit stop under the Virtual Safety Car saw him run as high as fourth, and he appeared to have the pace to keep Raikkonen at bay until a major slide at Turn 1. Losing a lot of time and flat-spotting his tyres, Perez couldn’t hold off the Ferrari but still held on for his third top six finish in the last five races.
