Felipe Massa - 6th place, 8 points - 8/10
In a sense of deja vu, Massa was running second on the road to Rosberg at the start of the race after steering clear of early chaos. Unlike in Bahrain, Williams did get its strategy right and Massa had a car with which he could put up some form of defence. Had dropped out in Q2 so started on soft tyres and made the most of them in the opening laps. The Ferraris and Red Bulls were clearly quicker as they recovered to pass him but his defending against Hamilton was good and secured an extra two points than the car’s raw pace deserved.
