Max Verstappen - 8th place, 4 points - 8/10
Toro Rosso crept under the radar slightly during the weekend but finished in the positions its two cars qualified, albeit in reverse order. Verstappen was hurt by being second on the road when the safety car was deployed, meaning a double pit stop was required to get rid of his supersoft tyres and dropping him far back in the pack. He was as low as 19th place when the race restarted - seven places behind Sainz - so to beat his team-mate in to the points was another strong drive.
