Sergey couldn’t match the speed of his team mate in Q1, but with the Canadian’s penalty, he stayed ahead of him for the rest of what turned out to be a difficult race for the Grove-based outfit. As was the case in qualifying, the Russian complained about the traffic, but also said there wasn’t much more he could get out of his car… Four more weekends for Claire and the crew before they can put another very, very long struggle of a season behind them.
