Valtteri Bottas - 5th place, 10 points - 8/10
You can be forgiven for not remembering who had finished fifth such was the focus on the leading quartet, but Bottas delivered a strong drive for Williams to ensure solid points. Running behind Carlos Sainz on track in the first stint, Bottas actually ran longer and delivered quick laps to jump the Toro Rosso in the pit stops and get clear air behind the Red Bulls and Ferraris. From there he had a lonely race, although a puncture for Ricciardo on the penultimate lap meant he very nearly inherited fourth as the Red Bull emerged from the pits marginally ahead.
