A frustrating season continues for Hulkenberg, who has now retired from each of the last two races and can only boast points from the opening round. Was running relatively competitively in 12th place when an oil leak caused a fire which forced him to retire, costing him track time in the updated VJM09 ahead of a two-day test which will be conducted by the team’s reserve driver Alfonso Celis Jr.
