F1i's Driver Ratings for the Brazilian GP

Nico Hülkenberg (Retired, L32): 6.5/10
A heavy crash on Friday during FP2 put Nico Hülkenberg on the back foot and he was never quite able to get himself back into true contention over the weekend. 13th place on the grid is one of his poorer qualifying performances of the year, and while he advanced as high as 11th once the race got underway it was slow, somewhat laborious progress for the Renault driver. And it was all for nought anyway, with the R.S.18 suffering skyrocketing engine temperatures after the air intakes got clogged, forcing the team to call him in and park in the garage just before the midway point of the race.
